12:45 - Group round robin (1 game)

13:15 - Lunch break (please bring own packed lunch).

13:30 - Tom Richards Video and Professional Match Analysis

14:00 - Court Movement clinic

14:30 - First4Squash challenges and prizes

15:30 - Recap day 1 & teams set for day 2 matches

15:45 - Day 1 close
