If you use Internet Explorer 8 ("IE8"), you may experience some difficulty logging in to our bookings system.  To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

1. In IE8, open the Tools Menu, and select Internet Options
2. Select the Security tab
3. Click on Trusted sites (large green tick), and then click the Sites button
4. Where it says "Add this website to the zone" enter https://secure.luton.gov.uk, then click the Add button
5. Repeat step 4, but this time enter http://www.ldsquash.com, then click the Add button
6. Click Close
7. Click Apply and then click OK
8. Close Internet Explorer completely (i.e. if you have several IE windows open, please close them all)
9. Re-open Internet Explorer, return to the bookings page, and log in
